Graduated from Istanbul Technical University as an ocean-going deck officer. After three years of sea experience, transitioned to a shore-based career. Upon completing military service, worked as a surveyor for approximately five years at a well-established and reputable company serving insurance firms and underwriters such as British Marine, Skuld, North of England, Ship Owners Mutual, American Club, Raets Marine, and Navigators P&I.

Subsequently, advanced into management roles, serving as Designated Person Ashore (DPA) and Company Security Officer (CSO) at various management companies for five years. Later joined KOZEN as a surveyor, dedicating eight years to the organization. Following this tenure, returned to management companies, holding positions as DPA, CSO, and Operations Manager for an additional three years.

Currently, has rejoined KOZEN as Managing Director and Partner, leveraging extensive expertise in maritime operations, surveying, and management to provide strategic leadership and drive the organization forward.
